Cheetah sightings continue to be quite frequent, both the mother with her 3 almost adult cubs and the mother with the 3 younger cubs.

Close to the camp recently we had a call to say a cheetah had been spotted not far from our furthest tent, number 1.

She had hunted an impala for her meal.   The cheetah has a wound and still evident but almost healed and apparently was no hindrance to her hunting skills.  Unfortunately her prey turned out to be a heavily pregnant female.
