The fourth release event of the wild dogs from the Bomas in Serengeti took place today at Nyamuma Western zone- Serengeti
Guest of Honor was Tudo Johns but could not make it and therefore represented by Dr Tim, a Managing Director for Grumeti Fund. Today 13 wild dogs were released while leaving 5 in the boma since they have 10 pupies. It was explained by Tanzania National Parks and Tanzania Wildlife Research Institute that wild dogs are being reintroduced to the park following their extinct from within the park boundaries.
