The 6bn/- upgrading project is to be fitted with designed plots and commercial malls.
However, with the proposed development being implemented by the

the public.
The beach is expected to boost the municipal’s annual revenue
collections to over 17bn/- to be channeled to various developmental
projects within Kinondoni District.
The project will run from the Lighthouse area in Masaki to the Sea Cliff hotel parking lot.
