The Karibu Tourism Trade Fair in Arusha, this year taking place
from June 6-8, promises to be bigger, better, and will bring more
exhibitors and visitors to the safari capital of East Africa than ever
before.
Even the name has changed, slightly anyway, as the trade show is now
known as “The Karibu Travel Market Tanzania” with a new website to match
www.kaributravelmarkettanzania.com while still maintaining the original site www.karibufair.com
Besides using a new site, the organizers promise new tents and a new
more user-friendly layout which will in particular during the trade day
on June 6 come in handy. The opening day will be exclusively set aside
for B2B meetings before the general public is admitted on the remaining
two days of June 7 and 8. This largest, longest established regional
tourism trade fair provides a platform for hospitality businesses,
safari operators, and associated service providers including airlines,
to showcase not just Tanzania as the host country, but the region at
large to a growing audience of international buyers who come to Arusha
to sign contracts.
Equally, the trade fair has attracted more distant destinations like
the Seychelles islands which have for several years now faithfully
attended and gained much in popularity and business as a result. Stands
at the trade show are literally sold out, and anyone still intending to
exhibit should make immediate contact with the trade show organizers via
their website where all contact details are listed.
